Disaster Assessment Response Teams
(DART) are the crucial, first link in the disaster relief response chain. 911 EmergeNSee will provide rapid DART services with a specialized team of experts to respond to man-made and natural disasters in your desired area of operations and engagement.

Our highly skilled DART members, with experience on 5 continents, in 7 wars, through 13 humanitarian emergencies, in +60 countries, employ experience, expertise and equipment to assess, plan and execute ‘best practices’ responses. This meets an affected community’s needs before, during and after the emergency. Those capacities can include healthcare services, medicines and medical supplies, monitoring and evaluation, acute or chronic health and trauma care, emergency shelter, evacuation, and other customized services.

The DART’s initial assessment of a disaster zone develops the critical context and information to our partner organizations to collectively provide life-saving relief supplies and services planned, prepared and provided to those in need. We maximize long-standing relationships with international, national, regional and local leadership and capability on the ground to establish appropriate and secure receiving/holding areas for future relief supply shipments and volunteers that may be en route to assist.
